Refund policy

• The HIVE by Chris Jesselle does not offer refunds. If you are not completely obsessed with your purchase we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise for store credit (The Hive by Chris Jesselle Gift Card.)
• The HIVE by Chris Jesselle offers exchange for the same item in a different size if the item is still available. 
• Items that are damaged or defective must be reported within 3 days of being received.
• You have 14 days after purchase date to return your items for store credit.
• Store credit never expires and may be used towards purchases of in-stock items only.
• Please note that while store credit does not expire, it cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. 
• Store credit is one time use only and must be used in its entirety.
• All returned items must have all original tags attached. If we do not receive the item in our specified conditions, your return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 
• All accessories, including jewelry & headbands are final sale. 
• Orders cannot be canceled. You will receive store credit.
